SC 2, they formally updated the titles then. Manager = Director at EY-P. This is external facing only (linkedin, with clients, signatures, etc.). If you look in our systems they are still Managers

Did they “promote” all EY-P managers to directors last summer? Seems a lot of people in my network there quickly went from Manager to Director
Wondering the same. There was a substantial gap before the merger.
Minimal. Biggest beneficiaries were promoted people (to be in the salary band) and staff. Not all promoted people got substantial raises.
They benchmarked the lower rung is my point; 0.00% chance the lower band for EYP Strategy SD (w/MBA) is less than 200k, which is where some ppl landed.
