Which tech companies sponsor green card right away? I’ve heard Adobe, Google etc.

My total experience is 6.5 years and my current ctc is 10.6 Lakh and i work in servicenow domain. I have got h1b but stamping is in october. Should I wait until then or is it better to switch. Please provide your valuable suggestions.
