Eventually every social media of any kind or type becomes a bit much. It's inevitable as they try to grow and expand their reach and influence. There is some kind of correlation between growth in popularity equating to a growth in the insufferable factor, I don't know why, but it seems to play out again and again.
I think she’s good. Seems sweet and isn’t annoying. It’s genuinely good that people like her are still excited about our industry, honestly.

types is that they’re ad people themselves, but don’t have the profile for being good at that job…their profile comes from commenting on other ad people’s work.
Unlike critics, they don’t have the benefit of not trying to also do the thing they’re critiquing. So what may begin as entertaining can quickly get tiresome.

Don't think anyone ever named her the "queen of advertising" as implied by OP. She's quite open about her intentions with her account. Don't have to always agree with her, but it helps enrich the conversation at a social-media-post level.

One one hand, good for her for recognizing that posting a bunch is an easy way to build name recognition and advance her career. I’m fine with most of her takes that I’ve seen, and I could see her content being helpful for junior or aspiring creatives.
On the other, wow would it hurt me as a creative to be more known for my advertising critiques than my actual work
Few are known for anything, so to simply be known for having an intriguing take on advertising is something. Anthony Bourdain by his own admission wasn’t much of a chef, but few were as good as he was at explaining and inspiring love for food and an understanding of why something is good and meaningful.
Good lord, what a bunch of haters. I'm with WK1 — I think she's great and if you don't, you get to not follow her. She's a whole lot more smart and pleasant than most "thought leaders" on LinkedIn. Oh and your ageist takes suck too. I hope you all find something to brighten your days.
