I bank with Schwab and no complaints. I have checking, savings, brokerage, IRA and a Roth.
Marcus. Had the best rates when I signed up and it’s with large, trusted name. You get an extra 0.25% for 3 months when signing up using this referral link

Capital One. Allpoint ATM network, no foreign transaction fees, no foreign ATM fees.
Marcus investing is too new to mesh with pwc’s independence checking system :/

Love SoFi, even if they keep reducing the APY on savings accounts 😒
And they're dropping faster than other HYSA which is very annoying
I won't switch to Marcus because I hate the referral system tho
Ally has been great
BAML for personal banking. Reasons primarily are convenience. I've few incentives to switch, and on the rare occasions where I need branch help, branches are everywhere.
For HYSA, I’ve chased higher rates from Barclays to Ally to Marcus. Marcus has had higher average rates vs Ally. Faster to increase and slower to decrease anecdotally.
T Bills have had a better return though if you live in a state or city with higher income tax.
True. I've moved surplus cash to MMFs which are essentially Tbills and repos. It costs 10-15bp in yield but for that, one gets fund liquidity. Chasing HYSAs wasn't an attractive approach for that reason.
USAA. Mostly because I’ve been with them for 25yrs. Some of the benefits are good.
