I’ll be racing my Ferrari all day tomorrow.... and after I wake up from that dream, I’ll change a shitty diaper and probably scrub the bathrooms.

You're packing for a December move in October? You must be a good Advisor with planning and foresight like that.

Ping pong + Korean BBQ. FIFA on PS4 the rest of the time. Do I win? Lol

Clean house, kid party, then adult Halloween party.

Gym, clean house, walk dogs, cook some meals for the week. I lead an exciting life.

like

Packing to move cross country to Montana in December.

Cleaning out the closet to make room for winter clothes. Also playing tennis tomorrow morning.

I kicked everyone’s ass at a local 10k. My competition (from Wells Fargo) was there and he half assed the 5k....he sees me train at the gym and should have just stayed home 😂

How common is it for first year associates to spin wheels? In my 4th month, I spent 6 hours doing a return with 3 K-1 royalties, 2 Schedule C with few expenses, and the usual 1099-DIV/INT, including consolidated 1099. Budgeted time was 5 hours total. I have yet to get my return reviewed.

Any Texas Bourbon drinkers? Husband and I are looking to replace our go to favorite, Witherspoon, since it went defunct. Very much looking for a sipping whiskey that's less pain in the wallet than Garrison, but doesn't have to be used as a mixer like most we've tried.
Feels like I'm never going to find a new Texas favorite!

Let the holidays commence!

Sweet nose, but then a hit of savory spice on the tongue with an insanely long finish that is all cigar.

I wouldn’t drink this with a cigar, because you wouldn’t notice it, but it’s insane how much that finish lingers and mimics the mouth tingle after smoking a cigar.

Senior revving up to manager promo. Only nervous about one thing at the manager level which is having to answer pointed “Why??” questions from higher up clients on live calls. Any one else work through something like this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions as I really suck at dealing with unexpected push back.

CFP study programs:

I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
