What are some tips or pieces of advice that have profoundly changed your career for the better?

Working on a global project as an EM that has team members in multiple US time zones and client stakeholders teams across global time zones. Does anyone have any tips to not burn out working 24/7? Would be best if I was traveling for this project but alas here we are.

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.
