KneesOverToes guy on YouTube is a really good resource!
Yeah I’m vitamin D deficient but haven’t had an issue till now

I had this problem in my 20s (I'm a skier and runner). I started doing semi regular lunges (50 lunges every time I run) and now I'm 33 and the problem is virtually gone.
Thanks! I’ll try that

You are old. Or, it’s obviously related to the vaccine.
And yes, I’m kidding.
Wife is a physical therapist and majority of the time it’s due to lack of stretching.
Sounds like you are working too hard pleasing the partners…
Low on Vitamin D
Strengthening the muscles around your knees should help. There are exercises like one-leg squats etc that should help. Any physiotherapist would recommend. It probably isn’t damaged cartilage or anything 👍
Don’t jump into one leg squats right away. You can work your way into it with with a “heel elevated” deep squat until your ankle mobility allows you to do a normal deep squat with weight, then maybe try this, but honestly the knee pain should subside before you get to that point
I’d look at diet. I had tons of aches and pain (in my early 30s). A lot of what I was eating was inflammatory (sugar, gluten, oils…etc). After a month of clean eating it all went away. Kept going and lost 30lbs which also helped my knees.
Get off your knees
Yoga fixes most knee pain.
Maybe talk to a doctor instead of asking a bunch of random people?
No it started when I going downhill on hikes
Tight IT bands. Foam roll them after hikes, it’ll change your life. Most common knee pain is actually caused by tight muscles.
What does age got to do brosky
You’ve passed your peak. It’s all downhill from here
OP, are you overweight? That could have something to do with it.
I’m not. Super lean actually
Your knees are weak. You have to build up bone and ligament strength around the knee. Squats are a basic exercise that can help, and there are several others.

Same here (well, a lil older, but active and fit). Having X-rays and MRIs on Monday.

At 17 I needed knee surgeries on both knees from years of playing basketbal and got one of my knees operated on. Gave up on basketball instead of getting my second knee operated on. Never too young to be careful about the impact of sports on our bodies.

Too much soy and corn syrup in your diet
