Why HRs are mixing profiles now a days. I gave first round of interview in cognizant, got selected they scheduled for 2nd round, got cleared and later they mentioned I have not given forst round itself. If you revert to them mentioning they same, they simply drop your profile. Same scenario repeated with Synechron. Being an immediate joinee, giving every interview clearing rounds but again there is no end of interview as HRs are not keeping records properly.

Twice now I have been ghosted by hiring managers after my initial HR screen. It’s really got me feeling like shit.

I’ve been practicing in traditional labor for about two years now (although about a decade of labor relations experience) but I’m trying to break into employee benefits law. Unfortunately I’m not being given much experience in benefits as I’m pretty typecast as a labor atty. Any advice on how I can go about getting employee benefit experience? My long term goal is to have benefits be my main area of practice.

In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back. I have bank evidence that shows every car pmt came from NCP Bank and only deposits were from Uber. Problem is the car was paid off in 2018 and the CSO was from 2018. 1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
