I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

They specifically told her that they have strict policies and need complete commitment and you are not fit for the current role owing to your health. They have a king rule from management side and treat their employees as daily wage labor . Very bad HR and management

Why Visteon is not retaining any talent ?

I recently joined Visteon with a good package but I am really unhappy with the quality of work given to me. My peers are mostly clueless freshers from 3rd class colleges. I am starting to feel depressed and horrible. Upon communicating the same to my manager she says you should do what you are told to do, now she degrades me in team meetings.I am still on probation and planning to quit and run.But I am unsure if this will have bad consequences on my career. Can someone guide me here?
