I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.
If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

Tech Stack: SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI
Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?

wlb depends on your project and your reporting manager.
quality of work will be mostly managerial.
there is no talent left in the company but only 1000 of freshers.
it has become the new tcs.
Job security will 0 you will be fired next day if they feel you are eating too much of their cash
thats why you have those very high packages
If you want a relaxed life dont care about your future and you have strong skills to get a job immediately if fired then go for it.
You will get to manage a few fresher slaves at this level.
Pay is ok. But pay is not everything. There are three things which matter People, Recognition, Values. Work pressure is too much. It also depends on whom you work under. If people are supportive you can manage. Some seniors micro manage your tasks. I was lucky to work with RUI lead Ashish who is a true definition of a lead. Learning is good in the long term. You get to work and take charge of things and this helps you learn. As I said Work life balance can be improved and appraisal cycle can be more effective to treat employees fairly.
Firstly learn manners and be respectful while commenting.
Secondly, it was just an example referring to a person. Not necessary that he should be current employee. See it that way.
Lastly, you must be day dreaming in office because he is still working there.
There is no Wlb. In case you take holiday due to someone death or covid also you will be fired when you will be back with no notice period
