I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Now I am not sure that was fair decision for me or not.

What are your suggestions on accepting a job offer in the following scenario:
The job location is in Japan, Tokyo. Since the borders are closed for Indians, my work location is remote in India for now. Salary is paid as per Indian market.
When the borders are open, I need to relocate to Japan. I haven't been told about the salary that I would get when I relocate. HR here says once borders open and the Japan company's HR will discuss on the salary range suitable for the Japan market.

Does anyone have any company recommendations for where I could reasonably expect to earn $80,000+ in a remote role in the US? I recently finished my MBA and have several YOE, and I’ve been targeting analyst/consulting roles after completing the Google Data Analytics certificate. Any input is appreciated.

I’m curious, I Just had a Canadian company reach out for a remote recruiter role. Upon asking them for their benefits package specially since they have no physical presence in the US, I was told they don’t share that unless they are closer to making an offer.

Is this normal ? Most US companies share their benefits package with pride usually upon your first meeting. What’s your take on this? Would you invest time interviewing and not knowing what kind of benefits you will get ?

Christian men, why are there so few of you in churches? One seasoned deaconess at my church theorizes it’s because 1) Men who go astray tend not to come back for reasons of guilt, whereas women who do tend to rely on their faith/church families even more for support 2) Many churches are no longer missional.
