My manager got all the work done from me but didn't gave me any allocation in the project. I used to get mails for being on bench and I use to mark my manager for his info and would ask him to get me tagged. Since am new to organisation and thought he would get me allocated in past date but now he is not taking any action instead of multiple mails and calls. Got a call from HR for LOP and all that. Not sure where and how to escalate.

How is the Company Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets in terms of Career Growth,WLB,Job Security and annual hikes?

My project client location in Denver started in person mandatory days. Few of colleagues started to go there. I’m confused as I was hired as PDM and I live in east coast and project is in west coast. My leadership is not forcing me anything and they left it to us but I don’t want to lose job because I’m not traveling. Any suggestions?

How do I prepare a strong story for exit conv to industry? My leadership will try their best to retain me. They have strongly supported me throughout my career, so I might end up burning bridges. I want to leave because I don’t want to continue with the project (don’t have option of changing projects, I am a SME, strong knowledge dependencies, been here for 3+ years). Plus the move will be to industry in different kind of work, which is a big big learning opportunity. Any advice? TIA!

Before that we would like to assemble a team that will be part of "the board" with all the resources we are needind and most importantly people that "empathically share our preoccupation for the immigrants". I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

Do you think it’s bad form/ unprofessional to flip badges when a contract is lost? I’m not sure if it’s just leadership bullying, but they’re discouraging staff to take other offers from the winning company.

I work for a late stage(ipo) start up, earlier this year we were acquired & since then they got rid of our yearly bonuses and gave us an ESOP grant.
2 RIFs later we are almost bare bones. Since we are coming up on our usual yearly evaluations many of us assumed (with multiple conversation from our managers) that pay raises and promotions were due.
In a recent All hands we found out that this year there will be no pay raises nor promotions based off merit. Is it time to jump ship?

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?
