Not sure but I read this as "healthcare tech and sass" which I fully support lol
Can you send a message to me. I can help you
It won’t let me send you a direct message!
As a solution enlist says platform developer. I wouldn’t be concerned about you not having this experience however your healthcare experience is far more important because you can talk the language of the client and be able to build understanding and rapport with them that they know that you know what they’re talking about and what their problem is From there you can present the problems to your development team or whoever is building the technical requirement gathering document, assuming that’s not yourself. It’s far better to build the confidence of the client so they know that you know what they’re talking about to have someone that is fully IT not be able to communicate or understand the clones language and potentially only partly take on board the problem for the client has which result to Hopefully a solution being built that works but it’s not the optimum solution.
To use an analogy which I’ve used numerous times the tree and the forest
Someone that has the technical Sas experience and no industry experience will meet the client. The client will tell them specifically the problem and they will go away. Just With the specifics of the problem of the client gave them.
In your case you will understand the problem and the flow and effect of the problem given your industry experience in healthcare
You would be able to even take the problem and use the problem as the analogy of the tree and understand how the other trees around that single tree interacts hence the forest because you have the industry knowledge and experience and potentially you have seen the problem that they’re talking about previously I may even be able to offer and even more comprehensive solution beyond what the customer even expected because of your experience and know into the industry and the processes around the various lines of business.
So assuming that you have the analytical mindset required in the requirement gathering process that allows you to draw on your greater industry experience of other processes that surround the problems presented to you then you should be miles ahead of someone with a turkey experience and little FM understanding of the healthcare industry
