With 7 years of experience in QA, I’ve been offered a 4C band Principal Consultant role at Genpact. Does anyone know if this position is equivalent to a Lead QA or Senior Tester role in terms of seniority?

Roles like software engineer, devops engineer, data engineer, etc.
And also what about roles like business analyst, product analyst, product manager, program Manager and project manager?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Now when asking the Y company that i have got an offer of A from X company, they are asking why you are looking for more offers, that is pretty good money.
And what is the guarantee that after taking our offer you will join us only?
You will not go to any other company in the same fashion?
What can be the best answer for this, please provide your inputs here!!
