If you are thinking of starting a law practice or growing one with little or no capital, you need to get the book, “Starting & Growing a Law Practice without Breaking the Bank.
It was written based on personal experience and research. I started my practice 11 years ago in the middle of the 2008/2009 recession with about $500 and I have grown the practice significantly over the years using affordable and available resources.
I also coach solo practitioners and small firm attorneys. https://www.amazon.com/Starting-Growing-Practice-Without-Breaking/dp/1099523303

Personally, I think AI will handle more of the repetitive tasks (data entry, forecasting, even some client communication) but relationships will still be key. Account managers will need to be more strategic, focusing on problem-solving and personalized service. In 10-15 years, it’ll be less about transactions and more about partnerships!

Honestly I hope that’s how it is! I won’t lie, I hate data entry and would much rather spend time on relationship building and collaborating!
Very interested to see how it will change. I think there will be a lot more AI driven data sets, predications, and better modeling. Also will place more importance on us to be creative problem solvers and tailor specific methods of relationship building for each client. Whatever AI makes easier I believe something else will be made, maybe not harder, but be of more importance anyways.

That’s a very interesting perspective! Crazy that we need to figure out how we will stand out from technilogy.
