How many round does EY have ?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

I’m available and checking emails for the 40 hours per week and probably work about half the time.
Evenings and weekends are almost non-existent (maybe like an hour or two a month), although I keep an eye on my emails just in case.
I'll start:
20-30 hrs a week of actual work
Go into the office 1-2 times a week, leave by 3 or 4pm, remote for the rest of the day. No evenings or weekends. Anyone have a similar schedule?
Curious do any of you get tasked with dumb pet projects— manually adding in data points from all of our customer contracts on top of your regular roles and responsibilities?
HCOL city, 3 YOE, 180 base + 20% bonus + 100k stock over 4 yrs. fully remote 4 day work week at late stage startup. Work about 5-7 hours each day no weekends or nights. Unlimited vacation and am planning on 6 weeks this year, fully paid medical benefits, food stipend
Fully remote in LCOL area and also in the 20-30 hour/week bucket but I make sure to be available whenever I’m needed. No evening or weekend work except maybe once or twice and I had only myself to blame. Background is patent prosecution.

Same here but different industry
My pay sucks but generally am available 35-40 hours a week no nights or weekends… I would say half of those hours are work? 6 weeks of PTO and holidays off. In office tues/thurs… don’t really mind other than for the fact it was nice being able to work from anywhere on telework days.
Yes only employment counsel. 1800.
So secondary city here, so far 9-5. I sometimes work out anywhere between 11-1. No evening or weekend work. $240k all in, which is pretty good considering COL.

I don’t have sufficient trust in Fishbowl/GlassDoor’s security measures (to not get hacked and reveal my identity) to answer this…
…y’all hiring? Sincerely, doing 50-60 hours/week of actual legal work for the past 2+ years making less than half of some of these salaries 🥴
My first in-house gig in a HCOL area was great for WLB. Comp was worse than a 1st year associate (all in at 190k), but I put in maybe 2-3 hours a day of actual work. This was before WFH or videoconferencing became the norm. I would usually come in around 9:30 and then leave around 4, inclusive of going to the gym with other colleagues in the early afternoon. Work was easy, great industry, great colleagues. No upward mobility or career development since nobody left. 10-15 hours of work per week for that $ caught a lot of folks who wanted something like a government job. Got bored after a few years and headhunted away since it was hard to make the economics work long-term.
They are still around, but I hear from my former colleagues that things fundamentally changed for a number of reasons and they’re working more like 30 hours a week, which puts it on par with a lot of other opportunities.

For me the pay isn’t great, 2 YOE in MCOL but I probably work 30 hours/week actual work, no nights or weekends (maybe a few hours on a weekend or two, but just to catch up during busy szn), I am remote 95% of the time, we really only come in when the GC wants some FaceTime (which is rare) and around 3 weeks PTO.
