I am currently in the process of a H1B transfer from company A to B. I will be quitting company A mid June and will have 3 weeks before starting at company B.

I would like to ask for a NIE in Europe to be able to travel to my home country and come back to the US. Does anyone know how to ask for the NIE while your H1B visa is transferring?

I was a loyal Amex SPG cardholder that migrated to Amex Bonvoy ($450 annual fee - which is really $150 after the $300 Marriott spend credit) ... we charge all personal expenses to this card (over $75K/yr). I feel that Bonvoy Platinum Elite status and a free night per year are nice, but are there better cards that have better rewards? Our other card is Costco Visa (for Costco purchases or for places that don’t accept Amex).
