Worked at RichestSoft as a DevOps Engineer. Overall experience was poor due to weak management, lack of professionalism, and no role clarity. DevOps engineers were assigned unrelated tasks instead of actual cloud tasks. Even during notice period, non-technical tasks like tagging desktop systems were assigned. Major issues came from poor project manager Shivang Batish, causing confusion, pressure, toxicity, and high attrition.
Never recommend anyone to join there.

I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case?
