Working in CTS for 10 monthsEnvironment was pretty toxic at first but stable now. Got home loan through Bajaj Finance with 100% sanction and now my savings is very less. Got TCS offer. Fact is most components in TCS CTC are much less than the same components in the current CTC, like Basic, HRA, etc. A big chunk of increment in the TCS CTC is in Personal Allowance, MPP and Performance Bonus. TCS offering 17.48 LPA for C2. Will it be wise to switch? Are MPP and Performance Bonus just for namesake?
