It's been two months I joined in virtusa and got assigned to jp Morgan client project and now after completing the first task manager is saying since they have budget constraints I have to change another project and give interview for that.
Why at the first place they hired for this project?

How is the manager role of Deloitte India for analytics and cognitive practice? Anybody from this practice who can help me on this decision please. How is wlb, I know mine is going to be client facing and that I would be expected to do more that just project work but does that mean I would have to work on getting projects for practice or how it will be?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Should I stay in my role a bit longer to gain experience or I am not able to find remote or hybrid matching my profile. Your advice and comments are much appreciated.

I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Does your firm give you credit for hours that were written off? Sometimes I feel if you don’t lose anything for hours cut from the bill, you have incentives not to be 100% honest w/ your timesheet.
