How does @Dentsu India interview process works? I had a total of 5 rounds After first 2 they said they are ok with me but they think I am more suitable for 2 other roles,if I want any of them they will redirect. Then I chose the second JD, i had 2 more rounds of interviews and they said they are happy with me and let the HR do their formalities. But after 3 days when I called HR, i was told they are having few more interviews with other candidates and will confirm me! Dentsu Creative

That depends on what you want to do
CPAs are silly
I’m silly
I wouldn’t. Tons of cpas under me paid less. I am just an EA. Barrier is too high to justify it for me.
There are many barriers. It’s not worth it in my opinion
Yes, everyone values the credentials
100%
Yeah why not?
The only reason not to is the time and financial effort to get the license. But I think its worth it, even if your career doesn't place much emphasis on getting the license, just for the respect value of it.
It is better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it
There is a certain degree of respect associated with being a CPA, even if it may not directly help you. If you have the time and resources to do it, I would recommend still pursuing it. It will still differentiate you from those that don't have the license.
