I have 2 YOE in QA Automation with Tosca I have got 2 Offers in hand LWD 22 Nov
1) Accenture - 9 LPA + 21% Variable pay Range and currently providing WFH
2) State Street - 9 LPA + 15% Variable pay + one time relocation allowance of 75k and it is providing WFO from Day 1 working in Hybrid mode of 2-3 days a week in Hyd/Blr
Which one should I choose for Work life balance, Job security, relocation and Career growth in longer run

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Anyone from Accenture HR here.. I have been stuck in weird situation and need help.. I have been referred for level 7 as per my current exp. and expertise. HR has told me in in their system it shows it as level 10 across hiring procedure. I have an offer with KPMG with X LPA (fixed comp).
And an offer with Legato with (X + 2) LPA as fixed comp.
Total Years of exp: 3 Years

What would be the pros and cons? Where should I join? Suggestions Please.
