Applied for a B4 senior forensic role, but was not even granted an interview after my initial phone screen with HR; I’m confused why because i thought they needed bodies. My background includes 4 years of forensic experience on multiple investigations and program oversights, 5 years in other professional, non-forensic roles, and i have both a CFE and a CPA under my belt. Yes. It’ll be easier to go cyber > tech strategy > strategy. Then going straight to strategy.
That said EYP is recognized as a strategy shop. So might be able to spin the experience in that direction?
That’s exactly why I’m debating pursuing this potential other option.. could spin my time at EYP or even transition to the strategy practice

What do you want to do long term? Tech strategy does not really mean much below CTO / VP level outside consulting.
