A1 - assuming money factor is good on the lease and you’re starting from the same negotiated price as buying. Probably a no brainer for you but I doubt many who aren’t deep into this topic know.

Going to have a baby so looking for a small used SUV that I’ll put minimal miles on - ideally a Volvo XC60, Lexus RX 350 or maybe CRV

I would narrow it down between the RAV4 and CRV. Consider a Subaru as well, but never see any lightly used models out there. You might get steered to the Infiniti QX60 or Nissan Murano as well, but reliability is questionable based on reviews I’ve read.

Looking at a 2015 Panamera GTS or an Audi S6 (used).

BMW X2

2000 Toyota 4runner
2003 Acura TL

No plans for a new car anytime soon.

Landlord advice - my absentee landlady lives in Russia and is refusing to pay for emergency plumbing that I needed as my kitchen floor was flooded with gunk from the pipes (blockage in the pipes). I moved into the place ~6mo ago and the blockage was most likely due to issues preceding my stay here. The contract states that the landlord is responsible for emergency repairs - but she's just flat out refusing. What recourses do I have in this situation?

Audit Partners — Do you see longterm profitability of audit in general? Is it going to be worth being a partner, financially, given the risk you take on, in 10-15 years? With audit bids increasingly being driven way down by competition, & lower level resources demanding (much) higher pay than it was historically, I’m not convinced the partner track is still as enticing as it was pre-Covid. Seems like the job market/higher staff pay alone has GOT to be taking a huge cut into partner pay.

1- will I be able to sell it for 20-25k in 3 years?
2- how much should I budget for repair and maintenance and
3- is it worth it? If not, what car do you recommend?

Need your help/advice! I was rear ended & gave my car to the body shop. The lift gate needs to be replaced. It's been 9 weeks and they have not yet received the part. Now they're like we've called xyz vendors and none of them have the part. Is it just me, or are they lying? And their response to follow up is we will keep checking...continue..
