None. If anything people ask if that person is burning out. Take the PTO for sure.
A) NEVET LET PTO EXPIRE. This is my cardinal rule. B) If anything 95% is better. Too high a utilization can be a red flag that you're burning out, which is not seen favorably. 95% is plenty high for any level. Conclusion: you should definitely take the PTO
This may help buddy - 10 years down the lane, you may have fond memories from a wonderful vacation you took. You are never going to remember the % utilisation you had say in 2017. 😐
Nothing
At Deloitte PTO is calculated into Utilization unfortunately, unlike "eh" 😃. Thanks for the response!
Eh, lol!
Holy shit, 105%?! Take your PTO and don't overwork yourself.
Whoops. Accidentally posted. Meant to say that util is one of those things where you hit and nothing happens. Don't hit and bad things happen.
Didn't know our firm was undergoing a name change and rebranding. Thanks for the heads up! Lol
Isn't utilisation calculation AFTER pto? At eh we have adjusted util such that PTO doesn't impact. I suppose you could go on vacation and burn admin instead of PTO codes though.
I wouldn't give up PTO if my utilization was 10%. Much less what you have!
I wish it was easier taking vacation. My utilization was over 100% too because I received so much pushback and negative feedback when I tried to take PTO.
EY 2, I totally feel you and have been in that position. Sigh.
