How can I make $140K and above w/ 5 YOE in operations, program management, client delivery? Worked in NGO for 3 years then consulting for 2 years.

Can anyone give any insight into transitioning from bedside to clinic research? Everytime I look online there seems to be certificate programs that may or may not be a scam/waste of money. Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?
