May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

Yes - you may change your mind based on who you interview with and what you learn about the company... never shut a door without looking in
Plus it's always good practice
I interview with small companies on the regular to hone my skills - extra points if it’s a position you’re not qualified for but get an interview anyways!
Practice makes prepared
Hell no. Why are you wasting everyone's time, including your own?
Yeah I'm on the fence, I feel bad because the recruiter reached out to me cause my old VP referred me for the role. But it's a team lead of a group of buyers....sounds thrilling.
Seriously it's no big deal to say it's not the right time for a move or whatever. They'll be annoyed if you spend all that time with them interviewing and then turn it down with that same reason later.
No?
Do you have a lot of time to waste?
Well yeah, work remote and slow project now. Except the interview is in NYC and seems like so much work to go there haha.
