Now I am willing to switch into Consulting domain but not getting any leads, also daily I'm applying n numbers of company on LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed but not a single light of hope I'm seeing.
Can anyone please guide me, how should I approach to a company. It'll be a great help indeed Jacobs CDM Smith JPM

I think if you want out of tax, it makes sense

It may be a rare opportunity to leave tax entirely at the manager level. Although it sounds like you'd be doing an internal audit type role? Also consider how messy a small company like that will be.

Based on that, it sounds like it could be a good chance to do a lot of different roles and have a big impact on a small company. Then later you can decide on the path you want to go down (FP&A is pretty sweet, although I'm obviously biased). A jump to a bigger company later is definitely possible; I would sell them on your experience doing a variety of things across the business.
Definitely ask every necessary question before you take an offer. And if it turns out you want out soon after starting, your firm (or even another firm) will gladly take you back if you don't burn bridges. Probably for more money too if you leverage your new salary lol.
I'd do it just for the experience... You only get one life to live.
