I would leave a LOT of jobs for a 50% raise.
I went client side for less.
As long as it’s not juul
I’d go for 50% less at this point 😂
If I like the brand/job/people yeah plus I heard it’s way less work brand side
I would never leave just for a raise. I think that you will find if you "follow the money" for lack of a better term without looking for the other elements of job that make it worthwhile - new challenges, opportunity to learn, categories you like, people you will enjoy working with, quality of life issues etc. you will find yourself bored, unhappy and thinking about a new job. Don't get me wrong, money a nice raise is good - make sure you have the other elements you want
You offering?
Also curious where. Better work life balance than agency life?
Pro
If I liked the city and the product.
Yup
In media? Sure whats the difference? Id imagine its much easier to hop back and forth career wise (unlike say creative) in terms of quality of work, no?
Duh
Yup.

Always thought going client side likely means same pay if not a slight decease ... How you luck out at 50% increase??
