I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I would guess it's coming across as bad because your boss's reasoning is that it makes it look like the firm had poor time management. Tho on the other hand, we all pull some long days that I don't think are appreciated, and sometimes it comes down to last minute coordination. I guess I just wouldn't put that information out there because you never know how someone is going to interpret it.
We do have poor time management in the office. But my boss knows i’m single, a sleepless night can be by any reason, if you’re a mom and your child is sick, a parent or you could have been in ER the night before.
And my case was two nights before some idiot parked in my driveway, and i was waiting for 2 hours till 1 am for their car to be towed so i could park. Then prior to presentation I stayed up till 4 in the morning to finish the last minute changes. Then came back at 8 am to prepare the last minute things before our meeting at 12.
My senior was happy I pulled it off. She’s the only one who actually works with you, stayed till midnight with me and in the morning took somethings off my hand
But the boss, its like I can sense he dislikes me and another team mate has told ne too, why he likes to blame me for everything?
Jokes on them, i am applying to leave.
yeah, what he was saying is kind of a tone deaf way of saying something that is true.
when I was working for architects like you, I would aim to send packages to you at times like precisely 9:00 sharp, 12:57pm, I feel timing like this makes things look professional. meaning I will ask for another day and send it in the early morning, rather than say, duuuhh I'm gonna be eyes bloodshot finishing this at 7pm tonight, can I send it then?? (even if it 's true) it's just more professional.
its a thing you have to read the room, many times architects were in the very same boat and I knew the designers at our clients company were gonna have a shit weekend just like us.
