Definitely pay $125/night
$125 is a bargain
gotta do the calculation. ((cost for room/points) x 100) > 0.80. if you're under then no, if you're over then yes.
Even more valid for what the OP asked. He has the choice of a better hotel for $125 or the crappier Delta for 30K points. Given 30k points are worth $240, it’s a no brainer to take a better hotel for about half the price
Marriott. I want more value for 30k.
The one that is $125/night shows 60k if you book on points.
$254
Delta Orlando Lake Buena Vista vs. Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas
So that you have a reference point, I just booked a category 5 W hotel that was $560 a night for 35k points a night.
Mexico City
If you’re going to be out and about the area and just need a clean bed each night, then go cheaper. If you want to spend more time on property or want an all-inclusive resort, then obviously go with the resort. There may be a resort fee so make sure you know what it is and what it includes.

Me either. I thought it was a typo :)
