Absolutely not. I wouldn’t work someplace that had 5 weeks PTO and no holidays. You would need a MINIMUM of 6 weeks for me to consider that.
Hard pass. If you want inclusivity with holidays then you offer a set amount of days to be set aside to be used on the holidays of their choosing. Everyone gets the same number of days to use as they like. That should be on top of the 3 weeks PTO.
I keep thinking about this and how depressing it is that people in leadership positions think this would be ok. You must have absolutely no respect or care for your employees.
Uh, no. 3 weeks PTO is the bare minimum at most companies, NOT inclusive of holidays. Why not just include more holidays instead of taking all of them away???
Nope, never. Not to mention 3 weeks is not nearly enough.

Yah I stopped reading after “3 weeks PTO”. I think when I worked at McDonalds I had more than 3 weeks
Inclusivity is giving people off whenever they have their own holidays
This.
What
Not to mention typically there are about 10 paid holidays so only having 3 weeks would in essence only be giving employees 1 week of time off per year. UNACCEPTABLE.
I get 3 weeks of PTO now and almost 10 days of holiday, so would need at LEAST 5 weeks of PTO and no holidays to “break even”. C’mon, 3 weeks PTO AND holidays is already kinda low so removing the holidays is like highway robbery.
Lmao I would assume this is a US based job. Get better.
Not a chance. The minute I learned that I would stop the interviewing process.
No
Nope
3 weeks of PTO total?
Is this satire? How many social functions will be missed by people with family , friends, etc on normal holiday schedules?
Coach
I have wondered just how many of these posts are satire or created by bots. Many of the questions are sometimes too wild to fathom.
Nope had that at a different company and it sucked!!! Had to use PTO when they were closed even if I didn't want to use it
Absolutely not.
That’s pretty ridiculous. Most places offer 10-13 holidays plus at least 2 weeks PTO. 3 weeks of PTO would really be 1 or less comparatively.
Nope,it’s not inclusivity..what holidays are we talking year, like you want folks to work on Christmas Day,not happening sorry..
