I have been preparing for Government exam since 2018 ,and like most,I could not get through it. Now I want to switch to Corporate job.
My qualifications:
-I have a masters in Botany. I have also worked as an Assistant professor in Dept of Botany for 6months. I have also cleared PhD entrance test (PET ) conducted by university of mumbai.
I want to get into corporate now as I see my peers making lots of money and also I don’t want go again into teaching job.(1/n)

Are there any specific resources (books, articles, individuals, courses) for someone who wants to focus on being a Group Product Manager?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
