Yesterday, I tried cooking pasta while answering work emails. I got so distracted I forgot the salt, overcooked the noodles, and ended up eating a soggy, bland mess. It hit me how multitasking isn’t really “efficient” when both tasks suffer. Now I’m forcing myself to do one thing at a time. When was the last time multitasking completely backfired on you?
