My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Should I wait for may for them to pay, or pay the initial costs myself to avoid delaying my career longer? I'm 26 & 1/4th and just graduated college. Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I work at deloitte and have never been told to do this and thought it honestly was illegal. Thoughts? It doesn’t seem right that she’s having to eat those hours and feel scared when she’s working til 10/12 every night.

I don’t understand how people keep posting about the bench and being unassigned. I’m in advisory(not audit) and my entire LoS is trending 90%+ utilization

Does anyone here work normal hours with rarely overtime and make 90k-100k range?

Can you get fired for having low utilization as a senior? My billable hours this busy season have been much lower than my peers.
