Yes definitely. Find things to keep you buys i.e trainings/upskilling, organizing emails/files or getting ahead on upcoming tasks. Ask your supervisor or people around you if you can help them with anything

Take advantage to develop further, good points
I would balance it by staying until 5 pm like everyone else and leave occasionally at 2pm if you have made up the hours for the week. For example is you worked extra hours you could potentially leave early if your work place allows such flexibility.
Unfortunately optics is important because people only see you leave lol even if you finished your work. Let’s be honest, if your contract says finish at 5 pm that’s the time you finish regardless if your actual task is completed by 2pm!

Find more work to do. Help others. Ask your manager what else you can work on. In all probability, if you do this, you'll be the manager or your manager's manager soon.
