ZS will constantly cry about high attrition rates and difficulty in hiring but when we refer so many relevant and experienced candidate profiles the team won’t take any action on it. Either stop wasting our efforts or improve the referral system please.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

A recruiter from an agency I admire reached out to see if I’m interested in an ACD role. BUT it is for one of their Pharma clients. How can I tell them I’m not interested in that category? i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.

Wondering if anyone else faced the same issue?
