“Any fun plans for the weekend?” So tired if kid-less colleagues asking me this every Friday. The answer always is the same. It’s some kid’s birthday party. Who can relate?

Still on the subject of getting some, do you Dads use toys with wifey? We’ve stayed toy-free but now thinking about spicing things up a bit.

Woke up in Virginia and got my kids to school before 9am in Illinois. It’s the little wins :)

When you forget to turn off your alarm

Kid wakes up at 4:30am and wife is sick so I’ve been playing with him for the pst 3 hours: sigh....

Ended up having to keep ours up late for a fireworks display to fix them. They’re now back to waking up at a civilized time!

The so called "extra hour of sleep" is bogus when you have young kids. Sure wish they'd "fall back" asleep 🤣
