Is it worth it? I'm an experienced hire that can't get my head around the firm the way the home grown folks do. How do you all deal with that?
Anyone else having WFH fatigue? I had been traveling weekly for business the last 20+ years, but the last 3 months at home has been personally challenging. I love my wife and 3 boys — but I need some “alone time” which I used to have when traveling. Sometimes I get in my car and go for a drive but it’s not enough. Seems like this WFH is the new working model for the future. Anyone else feel this way?

When you buy new or old house how much commission broker share with buyer. In DMV area how much % broker gets. Mine is sharing 50% on old and 60%. Is that low. For new house ,what role broker play.
