I'm up before dawn, fueled by coffee and a mile-long to-do list. The school day is a whirlwind of teaching, answering questions, and sharing laughs with my students. After the final bell, it's straight into meetings, parent conferences, and coaching.

Juggling work and my personal life is a constant balancing act. I wish I could find that perfect balance, but it's a real challenge. But I wouldn't change it for the world.
