You need to self care as much as you can. Stock up on vitamin C, zinc, and airborne. Eat fresh 🍊 too

It does take time, but I think some of the sicknesses hit pretty hard. I actually think I got the stomach bug from a few students who were in my room. We have actually had kids puking in the classroomsin over the last few weeks.
Vitamin C, elderbery, zinc. It does take a while to build up your immune system.
We used the vitamin C, elderberry, and zinc during covid and we didn’t get covid. No vaccine either.
It will probably get better for you, assuming your immune system is healthy. But there's just always a lot of colds and bugs going around. The best solution, social distancing, just can't work in our situations. So all you can do is try to distance as much as possible, and do what you're doing, wash your hands, avoid touching your face, and so on.

I always do better about not getting sick if I am taking my vitamins
Eat well, sleep well, and balance your work and personal life. Stress can contribute to frequent illness. i also take Emergen-C daily at this time of year and always get my flu shot… so far- no sicknesses! (Knocking on wood now! 🤣)

Exhaustion does weaken your immune system. Stay rested!
Yes, it’s definitely normal, but it doesn’t mean it’s fun! Your immune system is still adjusting, but you’re right—it will get better over time. Until then, I’d recommend giving your immune system a little extra help with probiotics, and vitamin C, and maybe even considering a flu shot, if you haven’t already. I know it feels like it won’t end, but it does get easier!
