We have limited vacation days but “unlimited” sick days. A coworker is constantly forecasting no vacation and then using sick days to take vacation and tells us after the fact. Is this wrong to do?

Our current maternity and paternity leave policy is not good for attracting talent. 12 weeks for mom only 4 weeks paid and no time off for dads. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected.
