I used to live in a state with Medical Marijuana, and I had a legit prescription. I’ve felt stuck at my current employer. No prospects of being paid more, but loaded with more responsibilities. I want out, but can’t pass a THC test for the past 120 days after using Delta-8 CBD to wane off the medical stuff. Waning down worked, but wow…4 months of being completely sober and I still have faint lines on at home THC tests.

Beginner here. I'm trying to use my points to buy a flight to Puerto Rico. If Delta costs me 55k points on my Amex (valued at $600 per Points Guy), versus United which costs me 60k points (valued at $700), shouldn't I still just go with the Delta cause I'm spending less points?

I have some credit card points that I can convert to milage for BA (Avios), FinnAir, Ethiad, Emirates, Qatar, Delta, Singapore, Airfrance/KLM, virgin etc.

If I’m based in london, will Avios be the safest bet? Personally I don’t like BA services so might prefer Middle Eastern carriers, but not sure how good they are for intra-European flights (eg london-rome)

My flight to Italy was cancelled, and Delta rebooked me for an alternative flight 2 days later. All of my lodging reservations, train tickets, and ferry tickets got impacted due to this cancellation and have to add more cost to my trip. How can I handle this? Will Delta compensate for this?
