I’m currently working in social media, internal communications and content creation at a real estate firm. So how does the Uber PIN thing work at LGA? Whenever I request an UBER there, it just connects me with a driver. I don’t get a PIN for the cars queuing up.

My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet?
