Anyone work in HR in the HF/PE space in NYC and can give me a sense of what their work life balance is like? My WLB has honestly been kind of terrible so I’m curious to hear if it’s the same for others in the same industry or if it’s just my firm in particular.

I’m starting in a medical sales role tomorrow with an existing account base. What is the most important things to do/achieve in the first 90 days to be successful?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Serber and Associates has to be the most archaic. Corrupt law firm in South Florida. For crying out loud, who pays their Associates less than $100,000, while flashing off his wealth in front of the same people. People criticize big law but it's clear that they have a much better business model.

I hear a lot of negative things about Guidehouse on here, but I received an offer that’s a 20% increase from BAH. I’m making mid 70’s at BAH in the health market with 4 yoe in DC area. I wanted to know about GH’s Oracle practice and how it is (which is what the offer is for). I was planning on leaving BAH anyways due to low pay/admin team issues.

Ramping up at big law as a midlevel fully remote. I feel like I’m slacking. Although have some work and am on some teams, I’m not used to having free time and feel guilty using it to run errands.
