I feel like there is an easier way to do this on line learning. Same grade teachers at the same school should be one big group. For example: One teacher has the discussion or lecture and does the presentation to all classrooms. One teacher mans the computer to answer questions that come in and handles any tech issues. Another teacher grades assignment and takes role and handles the admin part. Wouldn’t this be easier? Teachers could rotate or just stay in one role.

Stuck here. Offer A is 5 days a week in office, commute is not too bad, 95k. Offer B is hybrid two days in office, commute sucks, 100k and better benefits. Really great vibes with the entire team at offer A even though the company is a bit old school. Offer B more progressive company, but I 100% felt like I was the back up's backup and they waited for their top picks to reject before my offer. I know for a fact I was Offer A's first choice.
Interview with the Deloitte tomorrow. Could anyone offer any tips or tricks to ace the interview?
How much do you pay attention to the requirements in a job description? If it says you need 10 years experience in ‘X’ and you have 6 years, does it deter you from applying? If you are on the hiring side, how strict are you normally regarding these requirements?

Looking to get a few certifications, I have worked in both IT and HR consulting and am trying to decide between ITIL, SHRM, and PMP. Hello guys, YoE -3 Offer in hand KPMG - 11 lPA for PMO Role Berkadia - 14.5 LPA for Scrum Master Role Invesco - 16 LPA for Scrum Master Role Which one to choose? Choosing others would mean I will be out of Big 4, but other firm offers are juicy in the role and pay, hence the oscillation
Tired of prioritizing pleasing the client and winning follow-on work versus creating real long term value. On rare occasions those objectives are aligned, but commonly they are not. Feels like American politics where politicians value re-election over doing right for the country.
Hey friends - I’m currently on a brief medical leave (~1 month) and my management has been contacting me quite regularly by phone and email without notice for different documentation and admin processes relating to the leave. It’s basically taking up as much time as my regular work. Not sure what is reasonable here as I would really like to focus on healing and just deal with it when I’m back…isn’t that the point? What are my rights here?
