Honestly, if you're going to leave, why leave for the exact same Hell and lose all your contacts and reputation at the same time.
They're likely as understaffed and overworked as the rest of the big4 and just hoping to pick up more staff on another company's training dime.
the salary hike is unbelievable. plus exactly, same hell so i am thinking i might as well get paid more.. i might be wrong in my thinking though
pay will be good this year but you'll have a much lower raise when you hit manager since everyone gets baselined. if you don't care about that, go for it.
Grab on it!
The salary hike will be higher too
You looking to maximize shorty term or long term.
Does you or your new firm know something that your old firm doesn’t that justifies the higher level and higher comp. If they are using the level and pay to attract you, you run the real risk that you will stumble against your new peers and they are more likely to blame you for your struggles than blame themselves for their hiring decision.
Why
You mean why it wasn’t considered? I guess it was international plus I changed practice so I was ok with working from down up and making sure I learn the ropes
Interesting perspective! I have 2 years international experience with another big 4 (this will be my 3rd) that was not previously considered plus I always act up and know the job. There’s Always learning/improvement points but I don’t see anything too great not to surmount
Take it!
