If you’re currently making 53K/yr and have about 1yr 1/2 of experience in X position and the company you are interested in says on Glassdoor that the average salary for your position is 80K, would it be valid to ask for that if you get the opportunity to get an interview?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting.
