Happy Long Weekend 🇨🇦🐠
Hey everyone! My team and I just launched our Kickstarter page for our company called Skape. We are an on-demand landscaping and snowplowing app to be used by both homeowners and landscapers. Below is a link to our Kickstarter page.
Any support whether a pledge or sharing our page with family and friends would mean the world to us! Thank you in advance! ALSO IF ANYONE HAS ANY CONNECTIONS TO VC’S/ANGEL INVESTORS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN US PLEASE MESSAGE ME.

The easiest way for a market adjustment is to go to the market and get an adjustment. (Look for opportunities elsewhere)
Whaaaat? Are you up for a promotion in the very near future? If yes, get a market competitive rate or get out. If no, get out. $55k is incredibly low for any consultant position, let alone 3 years of experience :/
How!? New hires are 80k plus signing bonus. Get out ASAP.
Also 3 years as an analyst when normal is 2? Something is not adding up here. We dont have the full story
This sounds low. Accenture pays analysts at the entry level $90k+. Look around for other opportunities.
PWC 1— it all depends on the business case. 6 years ago, I had an offer from ACN for $120k at a consultant level.
Are you US based? This isn’t adding up for US
This sounds like he is at a delivery center
I know this bc I worked in Orlando Center and this was my exact salary
That’s ridiculously low for the US. You should request a comp discussion the very least
OP, gtfo here. That is insulting to you. Now don't dwell on the past and just look ahead. Start applying now.
There is no way this can be true in the US
Then def have a comp discussion with your competency lead PPD. 3k of raises in three years seems out of line with market and standard progression of the job. Not to mention my understanding is that BTAs tend to be well paid anyway. My first year raise was 3k by itself. Are you underperforming (rhetorical)? Something isn't right about this.
Why have you not gotten promoted after 3 years?
Maybe he’s a feb hire. Feb hires take pretty much 3 years (2.7 years) to get promoted
OP - Are you in US? Core or Delivery center?
Really depends on your region too. Are you outside of the US? In Canada BTAs start in high 50s/low 60s
Could be canada. I'm a SC and I get paid 70k/yr
That’s below the Consultant level midpoint...unless your group doesn’t have the BA level?
OP, are you a BTA or were you hired into the UDSC or PDM career models as a BTA equivalent? If either of the latter, I’d try to switch to the traditional model.
OP at face value it seems very low but you need to provide more facts for us to tell you whether that salary is fine.
Run to the competition if they won’t give you s raise
If you’re at a Delivery center just run to another Big 4 theirs no hope....
What SC1 said !! OP is not answering questions here and not providing specifics without which it’s all out of context and half baked information.
