Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.

Hi all! As part of joining formalities, Barclays requires the document showing epfo linked with Aadhar. I have not linked aadhar with epfo. Only pan linked. Is there any alternatives available?
Also I tried aadhar seeding in Umang app, that too didnt work.

Currently our marketing team is of one (me) and we outsource quite a bit of other tasks as we continue to grow. Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview.
