What is typical bonus range for M level? I also heard there's annual bonus as well as global bonus, is that true?

I have two offers one from Congnizant- 8.5 lpa and a joining bonus of 75k as Analyst and another from Accenture 9.8 lpa(fixed 8.1 and 1.7 varible) as Software Developer. Which one I should go for.

Got an offer to work at ZS in SIP. Much more money, but much smaller firm. Any ideas? Should I use the offer to try to stay at Accenture if they match salary? Or switch?
